WCRH exists to foster a community of ranch horse exhibitors, to promote the discipline of ranch horse throughout the Western US and to produce high quality ranch horse shows, educational opportunities and events in the Southern California area. We are the ONLY all ranch horse club headquartered in Temecula, CA.
Whether you are new to ranch classes or an experienced competitor, we have a division for you. WCRH divisions include Open, Non-pro All Ages, Amateur, Amateur Limited, Green Horse, Green Horse Walk Trot, Green Rider, Youth (18&under) and Short Stirrup (10&under). WCRH classes include ranch riding, ranch rail, ranch trail and ranch conformation. AQHA classes are offered in conjunction with all breed classes wherever possible.

The Ranch Horse Alliance is a network of open and breed shows that offer qualification for a year end Championship show
New for 2026, In an effort to create cohesion and unite ranch horse clubs and their communities throughout the West Coast region towards a greater purpose and year end goal, the Ranch Horse Alliance was founded in 2026. The Ranch Horse Alliance is a network of open and breed shows that offer qualification for a year end Championship show through participation in approved shows. The Ranch Horse Alliance program culminates in the West Coast Ranch Horse Championships Show held in 2026 on Saturday - Sunday, October 10th - 11th in conjunction with the WCRH Ranch Horse Rendezvous Show Oct 8-11, 2026 at California Ranch Company in Temecula, CA.

Alliance approved shows include at least 3 of the 4 recognized classes including Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, Ranch Rail and Ranch Conformation. Exhibitors qualify by showing in at least 4 alliance shows between January 1st - September 10th. Qualification is based on horse and rider participation in alliance shows, regardless of divisions

Each of the four WCRH recognized classes will be held on Championship day Sunday October 11th, 2026. Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, Ranch Rail & Ranch Conformation* will be offered in Open, Non-Pro, Amateur, Amateur LTD, Green Horse, Green Horse WT, Green Rider WT, Youth, and Short Stirrup WT. *Ranch Conformation will run concurrent with WCRH Rendezvous Conformation on Saturday October 10th and awards given on October 11th. Champion Silver Platters, Buckles and Jackets will be awarded! More info coming soon!
